An album world turned into a night out.

The project began with a question: if Arctic Monkeys' Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino were a real place, what would a night there feel like? We pictured a dim 1970s casino-pub built around a central bar, a small cabaret stage, booths and an acoustic piano.

The night becomes a stage.

The bright central bar is visible from almost every point. Cabaret, piano and booths gather around it as separate scenes, while cherry red, brighter retro reds and deep brown keep the room in the same 1970s world.

Chapter 02 / 360° Panorama

Step into the scene.

Move through the panorama at your own pace. The bar holds the center; cabaret, piano and booths appear as you turn.

Materials

A palette left after midnight

Cherry-red lacquer and red light set the tone. Brown leather and patterned fabric make the booths comfortable, while chrome and mirrors pick up the light.
